As of October 7, 2026 it counts 273 parks in 20 municipalities, out of 294 public records; 191 directory records have their own profile, with the data available in each case: developer, land area, infrastructure and company records.
The count excludes industrial zones, single-company facilities and records that belong to another park. Each park's municipality is determined with INEGI's Geostatistical Framework, not with the commercial municipality the developer advertises. Anything undocumented is shown as not reported.
